Welcome to the Local Governance Resource Center (LGRC) Online!

The online LGRC is a dynamic, interactive and user friendly portal that supports the knowledge needs of the local governance sector in the Philippines and internationally in relation to governance and development.

The LGRC aims to promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing in local governance in the Philippines and to support the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in its role as a primary catalyst for excellence in local governance.

The National LGRC is anchored at the Local Government Academy (LGA), which coordinates the network of Regional LGRCs in the Philippines. Currently, there are seven Regional LGRCs hosted by the DILG Regional Offices in Regions 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 10.

It also features the Integrated Library Management System (ILMS), where users can browse, download or borrow materials on local governance.
